Time Frame
In most cases, we have your business under contract in 90 days or less. Although offers may come in within the first couple of weeks, we emphasize the importance of a realistic time frame as not all offers are the right offer. This is what makes us unique. Process
Step one, give us a call. Next, sign up for our services. Keep in mind that you won’t pay anything until the business is under contract. Once you are signed up, we reach out to our network of buyers and introduce your business to begin attracting offers. At the same time, we generate a personalized buyer report that summarizes your business, asking price, and an overview of the financials. Once we have interested buyers, you’'ll be notified and we’ll begin the process with the buyer of putting together official offers. Once you agree to one of the offers, both parties will sign off on the agreement and we start working towards closing the sale. We will advise you every step of the way so that you’ll have full confidence throughout the process.
Getting Started Agreement
Once you are ready to have Green Pine Partners sell your business, you will sign our business broker agreement. Our standard agreement covers our fees, services, and other related details. Once we receive your signed agreement, we will begin working for you to get your business sold.
